Obligation to wear FFP2 masks
Persons aged 14 and over are obliged to wear an FFP2 mask in all indoor areas of our ski school and our ski rental facilities as well as in mountain cableways. Persons aged 6 and over are obliged to wear masks or loop scarves in areas with corresponding signs.

In which other areas must FFP2 masks be worn?

• FFP2 masks must be worn in all areas where no 2G proof is required such as customer areas in shops for daily needs and other stores, public transport and museums.
• This, in turn, means that FFP2 masks do not have to be worn where only persons with 2G proof meet.
• FFP2 masks must be worn in mountain cableways and ski lifts despite the obligation to provide 2G proof.
• In restaurants, an FFP2 mask must be worn as soon as you leave the table

Online booking
Use our online booking system. Book your desired package or make single bookings from the comfort of your own home. On site, you will profit from faster processing at the ski rental office or you can go directly to the assembly point (at the underground) with your online ticket. In this way, you will avoid long waiting times in the shop

Free cancellation
In case of cancellation, all units cancelled up to 7 days before arrival or the start of the course will be fully refunded. Cancellations and changes are free of charge until the day of arrival if they are related to:

• another lockdown or closing of the border,
• a booked person infected with the coronavirus,
• another Covid-19 situation that prevents the arrival

Cashless payment
If possible, please pay cashless or use our online shop.

Assembly point
At the assembly point, we will have enough space to keep our distance.

Only hit the slopes when you are healthy
Should you show any symptoms that may be indicative of a possible COVID-19 infection (fever, cough, sore throat, loss of the sense of taste and smell), please stay in the accommodation and contact the reception of the accommodation facility immediately

Ski race and award ceremony
Our legendary ski races will still take place. Individual start intervals for diverse groups as well as award ceremonies in the individual groups will ensure sufficient distance.

Keep your distance
Please keep sufficient distance to strangers and follow the route signage in our shops

Keep your hands clean
There are disinfectant dispensers in all of our shops.
